The purpose of this proposal is to obtain funding to continue licensing the Financial Aid TV web-based video library. This product is a maintained video library which explains subjects of financial aid in short easily digestible videos. The product is maintained by the company keeping up with all of the new changes in financial aid to remain in compliance. It makes information available and easily explained on a 24/7 basis which is great for the students because they don’t have to wait for answers on items which are provided on the videos. This product also has their items in Spanish (and other languages) which helps us to be inclusive and better serve our population as a Hispanic Serving Institution.
Financial Aid TV presents the following features:

Relating to Goal 1 Objective C, this product allows students to access clear concise information in a way that will grow their understanding their financial aid eligibility which empowers them to apply and make better educated decisions about their financial aid including loans. Making good decisions about financial aid helps students to be better prepared for courses and continue their education each semester. This fosters overall student engagement and success on campus. Financial Aid helps students alleviate the financial burden that is associated with higher education. This helps to increase undergraduate and graduate graduation rates.
