As the college prepares to transition its email system to Microsoft 365 (M365), student organizations face the potential loss of a reliable email mailing list platform. Existing listserver functionality will not be supported in the new environment, putting at risk the ability of clubs, student government, and peer groups to effectively communicate. This proposal requests funding to purchase a dedicated server and a perpetual license for listserver software.
