Student Government Enhancement Initiative

The Student Government Association (SGA) seeks to acquire 50 new 10th-generation iPads and a multifunction printer system equipped with color printing, scanning, and faxing capabilities. This project aims to improve efficiency, accessibility, and workflow within the SGA by providing essential technology resources to student leaders. Our existing printer, which is crucial for printing requisition and budgetary documents for payments, has recently reached the end of its life cycle. Every other office on campus is equipped with a functioning printer, making this replacement a necessity for our daily operations. In addition, SGA consists of 47 student members who voluntarily contribute to enhancing the campus experience. However, many of these students lack personal devices and must rely on public campus computers, often spending long hours in lounges to complete assignments and fulfill their duties. Providing iPads will alleviate this burden, facilitating more efficient work in areas such as marketing, outreach, and administrative responsibilities.
