This project funds an additional Learning Management System (LMS) Support Specialist position, answering to the Director for Learning Management Systems in the Department of Online Education and Support (DOES). The purpose of this initiative is to ensure the college meets demands for digital instruction support services.
All students, staff, and faculty will have access to the Learning Management System Support Specialist.

The Learning Management System Support Specialist will provide LMS training and troubleshooting support services to all members of the campus community, for all courses hosted on the primary academic LMS platform, for all supplemental and co-curricular sites on the academic LMS platform, assist with LMS system administration tasks, and provide secondary support for the continuing education LMS platform.

The LMS Support Specialist position meets two of the goals included in the 2025 Strategic Plan (cited below), through providing support for learning activities of students, staff, and faculty.
