When logging into a CUNY system:
  1. Enter your CUNY Login credentials.
  2. If prompted, select Enter OTP from device for your CUNY MFA identity.

  3. Open the Authenticator app and enter the one-time password (OTP).

  4. Click Verify to proceed.
    • If you don’t see the OTP prompt, clear your browser cache, close the browser, and redo the setup steps.
